Criminal psychology analyzes whether criminal behavior is made or born. Although some people believe it is entirely innate, life experiences play a crucial role in shaping behavior. However, focusing only on biology isn’t as good as considering both biological and environmental factors because it limits our understanding of human actions. In contrast, examining how social context influences a person can provide deeper insight into criminal conduct. Instead of searching for a single cause, it is better to recognize the interaction between genetics and environment because both contribute to personality development.
